With the opportunity to have a better life I wanted to try my best to please them. I determined to achieve my goals. I had a plan to attend school, graduate and get an employment that was good. And then I wanted to have a family and a wife. While I believed this was the definition of successful, my life was not following the strategies. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige did not bring me joyand I was feeling as if I had wasted my life away for a paycheck but I knew that I was destined for something more. As a coach, my goal is to encourage others and empower them to live a healthy and fulfilled life through creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet each individual's needs and goals. My goal is to encourage others to chase their dreams, and to achieve the life they've always wished for. As my professional career took flight, I lost my mother. This loss is the hardest of all. After battling for eight years for a condition called Scleroderma, she's now resting on Heaven. I will never forget her and always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. The lessons we learn from life often go unnoticed however they are very beneficial. Her passing has changed my life in several ways. I believe her death gave me an opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. Now it was time for her to transition to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. As I enter my 30's, I'm alive and alert. of the fact like I'm living my life today and not merely existing like I was in my past. As I share the story of my journey, it's to ensure that other people can relate to my feelings and thoughts. It is to know that they're not on their own. And that there is real love. Also that therapy is necessary and is not uncommon. Also, the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have.
